Beiyan Language and Culture Institute Chinese Mandarin linguistic programs approved by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China are built to insert students in a total and intensive Chinese Mandarin linguistic environment thanks to the quality of the courses always in small classes, oral tutoring, and the participation in many cultural activities allowing the practical use of the acquired knowledge of languages.

Beiyan linguistic programs worked out the methods and programs of Chinese teaching developed by the national training center to Mandarin Chinese integrate all aspects of the language (reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, phonetics and vocabulary) and culture. Accelerated teaching methods allow students at lower proficiency levels to acquire the language skills needed for effective communication in a short period of time, and at higher proficiency levels, expression proficiency at an abstract level.

Beiyan Language and Culture Institute teachers are all highly qualified with years of experience in teaching Mandarin Chinese as Second language to international students.

All courses are given in total Chinese Mandarin immersion. Explanations are intuitive. If an interrogation persists, teacher explains in English. Every afternoon, students who still have questions can have explanation of misunderstood in French, English, German or Spanish.

Academic year training

Courses are taught by the vocational training department to Chinese Mandarin as foreign language from Beiyan Language and Culture Institute.

Teaching schedule spans over two semesters, each lasting 16 weeks. Chinese language courses are run 20 hours a week Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 or 13:00 to 17:00.

Each training program include all aspects of language :
• Speaking and phonetics.
• Listening.
• Reading and understanding.
• Writing, bushou learning.
• Grammar, vocabulary, exercises.

Each week class-times schedules
• Chinese language courses Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 or 13:00 to 17:00, 20 hours per week (640 hours lessons and examinations).
• 2 hours "Knowledges on China" : classes introduce Chinese history, geography, basic laws and culture. (80 hours lessons).
• 2 hours tutoring a week, language coaching and conversational practice exchanges with a Chinese student.
